Cooking Classes

Last year HUDS offered several very popular one-night cooking classes as part of the Life Skills series. In a continuation of that effort, we are pleased to offer the following:

Tuesday, April 8 – Tastes of the Mediterranean
Tuesday, April 22 – Mexican Fiesta
Wednesday, April 23 – Cooking 101 for Freshmen

Each class is approximately 2 hours (in the evening), and is entirely FREE. Participants must sign up in advance, and are enrolled on a first-come first-served basis. To sign up, email theresa_mcculla@harvard.edu and indicate the class in which you are interested.

Hi Ted,
Is it possible to bring cheeses other than American cheese to Mather Dining hall? We miss the swiss, cheddar, provolone or pepper jack cheeses that other houses enjoy.
Thanks!

Hi Ted,

Thanks so much for starting this blog! A few things have been on my mind lately...:

- The Fly By salads had romaine - not iceberg - today! Sooo much healthier and tastier - thank you!

- Would it be possible to get something like pudding cups at Fly By? I eat there about 3 times a week, and I gotta say, by this time of the year, I would be ecstatic with a few surprises on the menu.

- Did you see the editorial in The Crimson today (here)?
I'm curious how feasible keeping a dining hall (or even a cereal and cold cuts stash?) open over Spring Break would be. Though I was gone this past Spring Break, I know next year I will be working on a thesis throughout break, and the thought of facing it dining-hall-less just sounds terrible.
Thanks for reading!
